He served in the Army from 1978 to 1987 as a Staff Sgt.
He was Director of in Park Services for Six Flags Corp.
Beloved husnand of Lynn Kavanagh. Devoted father of Michael, Kimberly and Brittany. Dear brother of Edward, Brian, Patricia Gonzalez, Mary Cessman, Karin Nunez and the late Kathleen.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 am on Monday, October 8 at Cure Of Ars R. C. Church, 2323 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY with Rev. James Mannion officiating. Interment with Military Honors at Calverton National Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be Saturday, October 6 from 2-4 & 7-9PM and Sunday, October 7 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
