Ms Platt was my teacher at Sacred Heart. I graduated in the late 1990's. I went on to high school, college, graduate, and professional school, and maintain she was the best and most impactful in those formative years. Upon hearing of her passing I spent some time reflecting on why that statement is true. Scratching the surface I thought about her tremendous faith, intelligence, charisma, kindness, and dedication. She believed in her students and through sincerity and acumen, was able to create change and inspire. I experienced this first hand. I hope her family is aware that Ms Platt is fondly remembered and left an impressive impact in line with her faith on many men and women. I suspect they are well aware. Wishing you all the best.
