Joe was my next door neighbor in Merrick from 1969 to 2013. I have such fond memories of him taking my children in boat rides.. and lending us fishing rods. I was always so happy to go home and I’d always look for him. I’m so sorry to see that he passed 3 years ago. My condolences to all. Love from Diana Gould
