Aunt Peggy was so welcoming. There was always room for one more...or 19 in our family's case!! I appreciate her amazing strength-doing the impossible after Uncle Bill died so young-in raising 6 children. She said things like they were all through her life, never sugar-coating anything. People always knew where they stood with her. I'm SO glad I got to see her when out for my dad's hospice and wake!! She hadn't changed a bit in her spunk and attitude, which was very comforting to me. She was such a support to Rosemary, helping her through the grieving process because she'd been there before and offering suggestions. I'm very grateful for that as well, being so far away.
My heart is with you all at this time. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I SO wish I could have been there with you!!
