Joseph E. Green of Merrick suddenly on January 27, 2016.
He served in the Navy from l973 to l977. He was a Stage Hand for the Metropolitan Opera Company in New York City.
Beloved husband of Patricia ( nee Turney). Devoted father of Shannon Mann (Brendan), Mary Green and Erin Green. Loving Grandfather of Delaney Rose, Dear brother of Kathleen Henkel, the late Patricia Tesoriero, the late Brian and the late Thomas Green.
A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am on Monday, February 1 at Cure Of Ars R. C. Church, 2323 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY . Interment with Navy Honors at Saint Charles Cemetery Farmingdale.
Visiting will be Saturday, January 30 from 6-9pm and Sunday, January 31 from 2-4&7-9PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
