We only had a short time to know Cy but he will forever be in our minds & hearts.
He was such a joy to be around...He was genuine, loving & sweet & once you knew him you loved him...
We are so sorry the world has lost him especially his family but
we believe he is for sure in that better place & we will see him again!
May the Peace that Surpasses all understanding
