Mr. Fournier hired a 15-year old high school student with the recommendation from a friend, Joe Tarulli. Mr. Fournier was a great boss and mentor. I was a draftsman for Fournier Associates. At the time, I didn’t realize George Fourier, his son, was a fellow student at JF Kennedy High School. George was always encouraging me in many aspects of his business. He was very inspiring, and I truly believed he pushed me to believe in myself. It was great knowing him. Condolences to the Fournier family, which I got to know. I went on to be an aerospace engineer with Grumman and Lockheed Martin.
