Loving wife of the late Edward Charles.
Dear mother of Claudia Bledsoe and Barbara Dannay.
Devoted grandmother of Kelly Himmelsbach, Bryan Himmesbach and his wife Katharina Panjaitan.
She was an avid quilter.
Memorial visitation at N.F. Walker, Inc. Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Ave., Merrick NY ( www.nfwalkerfh.com) Tuesday Oct. 9th from 10am to 12pm.
Prayer service and reflections at 11:30am. Entombment of her ashes will follow at long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale NY at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers donations in her name to St. Anne's Retirement Community, 3952 Columbia Avenue, Columbia PA 17512-9715 or to
Hospice and Community Care, 685 Good Drive, PO BOX 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125 will be appreciated.
