I worked with Donna at Coco's restaurant from 1978 to 1982 and she was one of my best friends. She was a huge part of the great times that we all shared. She was our "activity director" always planning fun trips and excursions - Hawaii, Bahamas, Fire Island, Hot Air Ballooning, Canoeing and Great Adventure to name a few and we had many a fun night going out after work. My sincere condolences to Peter, Matthew, Casey and Don. Rest in piece Donner. I will miss you!

Dear Peter, Matt, and Casey, the Lemons will miss Donna’s smile, laugh, and effervescent personality. I'll share one of my fond memories of when I was in NY for work and trying to get home from one of the New York airports. I was informed they had overbooked, and I was stuck in NY for an indeterminate amount of time. Somehow, Donna overheard an NWA employee where she worked say my name. Donna got on the phone with the airport agent and moved me to first class! Wahoo, that was fun and the only time I have flown first class.

I had the honor of meeting Donna at JFK when I started at Delta in 2009. Donna was one of the nicest agents in all of JFK. We talked often over the years, and at times I would go out of my way to see her when she took a position upstairs in the security office. We promised to stay in touch when I retired, but sadly life got in the way. She was very proud of her family and her travels (she loved the fair in MSP). I will sorely miss her.

Dear Peter and family,
We are so saddened to hear of Donna's passing. Our prayers and condolences go out to all of you.
I believe Donna never met anyone who didn't end up loving her. She would light up the room when she entered. Her smile was so big, loving, and welcoming. I know my father and my Uncle Andy thought the world of Donna. They loved that she could give it to them as well as they gave. They met their match with her.
When Donna was present, I knew everyone would have a good time. You couldn't help not to have fun.
Peter, she will be missed but I hope you know she will be remembered with much love and fondness.

I am very sadden to hear of Donna's passing, she was just a fun and interesting person. I have 2 favorite memories of Donna. ( 1 ) The first time I met her she came to a family reunion my parents were hosting, when I was introduced I thought what's this Great looking girl doing with my skinny, funny talking cuz from NY ? (2) At a family reunion in Virginia, my cuz David had a foosball table in the basement. Well I considered my self a great foosball player and was challenged to a game by Donna, I thought NO problem, well it turned out to be a problem she was VERY good. We battled and battled, she would win I would win, I was sweating profusely, and kept looking at Donna and she was as cool as ever. After we finished Donna smiled and said good game, I'm going upstairs for a drink, I smiled and said Good game and I'm going to buy a new shirt 8-)) I was soaked. Donna you left us all too soon, and you will be truly missed. R.I.P. Love You Michael
