Jerry was my forever friend and colleague at Rockville Centre Middle School. I remember I had to buy him a wedding present for him and Barbara from the staff.
He insisted he wanted a saw from Home Depot. Of course, I granted his wish. I often wonder how his bride felt about it.
Jerry was fearless! He was a super science teacher, expert beautiful file keeper, an entertainer- I could go on and on. Above all- he was a true friend who cared
about you. Really cared!
I always promised him my Italian spaghetti when he
would get his taste buds back. It's so sad; I can't keep my promise. God keep you in his arms, Ger.
