Obituary of Catherine Anne Contartesi

Mrs. Catherine Anne Contartesi of Merrick NY passed peacefully in her sleep on May 13, 2020. She was the loving wife of the late Daniel. The dear mother of Margaret Crowe, Kathleen Ryan, Daniel, Judith Becker, Michael and MaryAnn Contartesi Destler. She was the devoted daughter of the late Edward and the late Margaret. Catherine is a beloved grandmother and great grandmother. She is a past member of the Catholic Daughters and the Rosarians. A blessing will held in front of Sacred Heart R. C. Church, 720 North Merrick Ave. North Merrick on Tuesday May 26th at 10AM. Burial will be at Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, Flushing, Queens NY. Donations will be appreciated and may be made in her name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital via www.stjude.org/
