Sylvester I met/known you for over 30 years when I was just a kid at the gym. You were always there to offer help, advice or just that big warm smile. I'm so sad to hear of your passing but happy you no longer suffer. May God bless you with all that Heaven offers. You touched my life and my heart. Earth became dimmer with your passing but Heaven shines more brightly. God bless you my friend, you'll forever be in my memories.
